    Terrible experience. They didn’t know where the keys were on day of settlement. Terry was hopeless and knew nothing about the properties he was selling. Because we had no idea what was happening on day of settle - we had to wait another 7 days for internet connection. I work for a realestate ....... this agency dropped the ball completely. Would never deal with again. Was looking at another block but as it’s being sold by the same people I wouldn’t want to deal with them. Hopeless.
