Video accounts from people who actually flew them.

Went there on a flying day with the added benefit of the Da Vinci exhibition being there as well. I must say, they certainly have their flying days down pat. It was good to listen to the commentary regarding the history of the aircraft that was flying at the time along with the history of the aircraft it was painted up to represent. Job well done all round.

Spectator seating/standing area is quite good for both viewing and photographic opportunities (though one should get there early to secure a good area to photograph from) of performing aircraft.

The food is pretty good too and decently priced (Coffee and a burger was as of writing this $10 total).

Great tour very informative. Planes are well kept as well as the buildings. Worth the trip.

A museum where all the exhibits still work and are brought out regularly. Planes are flown regularly. To see iconic planes such as a spitfire in a museum is wonderful, to have the opportunity to see it fly is even better.

    Planes well presented.

A short easy drive up from Canberra. It makes for a great day trip with interesting displays in both the engineering hanger and static displays (rotated depending on what is flying on the day) in the storage hanger.
