  I Usually can find a discount on some of the items. I've even had an offer to deliver items for free if I couldn't fit them in the pannier bags on my bike. I've never had any attitude problems that other reviewers have mentioned! They've always been friendly to me or I wouldn't bother shopping with them anymore! ;) They've been fairly prompt on standing by the warranty if issues arise. ;) I guess being overly polite and looking like an angry bastard works some days! :P
